MY STORY

Hello, I'm Angela Salcedo, Owner and Founder of Salceology. As a trailblazing STEM professional and the first in my family to pursue education in Australia, I've dedicated over 11 years to science, working as a senior lecturer specializing in anatomy, physiology, and public health.

Throughout my career, I've faced numerous challenges—ageism, sexism, racism, and stigma. During the pandemic, I had a pivotal moment of clarity: I wanted to take control of my career and empower other women to achieve their fullest potential. That's when I decided to launch Salceology. My goal is to create a brand that breaks down stereotypes about intellectual women. I believe women can showcase their inner and outer beauty without compromising their intellect. I want to empower women to embrace their authenticity and live with purpose and conviction.

Looking ahead, I aspire for Salceology to become a powerful influence in the fashion and global health industries. I'm thrilled to embark on this entrepreneurial journey and am eager to make waves in both the fashion and science sectors.
